Print or Download a Transaction Receipt on Your Dashboard
Need a copy of a transaction receipt for a patient? Whether you’re saving it for your records or emailing it directly to the patient, your Smile Advantage dashboard makes it simple. Here’s how to print or download any transaction receipt—credit card, cash, or adjustment.
Option 1: From the Member Profile

Navigate to the Members section and search for the patient.

Click on the member’s name to open their profile.

Find the transaction you’d like a receipt for and click “Show Details” on the right-hand side.
Option 2: From the Transactions Tab

Click on the “Transactions” tab at the top of your dashboard.

Locate the specific transaction you need.

Click “Show Details” on the right-hand side.
Printing or Saving the Receipt:

In the transaction details window, click the “Print Receipt” button.

Choose whether to print it directly or save it as a PDF.

The receipt will include:

Patient’s name and information
-
Office details
-
Transaction ID
-
Payment details
-
Once saved, you can easily email it to the patient or keep it on file for your records.
