As part of the transition to Smile Advantage Processing (SAP), your system now includes secure, automated SMS messaging alongside email at no additional cost. This upgrade significantly improves patient response, reduces failed payments, and streamlines how your team collects and maintains cards on file — all while remaining fully HIPAA-compliant and hands-off for your staff.

What Changed

Previously, Smile Advantage sent email only.

With SAP, membership communication now uses email + SMS to improve visibility and response.
