How to Review Transactions and Refund Payments on Your V3 Dashboard
Managing transactions effectively is crucial for your practice. Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to help you review transactions and refund payments in your dashboard:
Reviewing Transactions:
- Step 1: Navigate to the top of your dashboard and click on the ‘Transactions’ tab.
- Step 2: Here, you’ll be presented with the status of your recent payments. You can identify if they’ve been successful, are still pending, or if they’ve failed.
Filtering Transactions by Date:
- To focus on transactions from a specific period, choose the ‘select date range’ option at the top.

How to Refund a Payment:
- Step 1: Locate the transaction you want to refund by clicking on the patient’s name.
- Step 2: Identify the payment in question and click on the ‘show details’ button.
- Step 3: Now, initiate the refund process by clicking on the ‘cancel transaction’ button.
- Step 4: To confirm, click the red button. Upon doing this, your transaction will be refunded. Please note it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to process.
