Main Dashboard Navigation
- Interactive text elements appear in the practice’s primary color (typically red/orange)
- Clickable elements are highlighted on mouse hover
- “Dashboard” button returns users to the main dashboard from any location
Member Management
- Access member lists through the Members tab
- Filter options available for quick sorting:
- All members view
- Expired memberships
- Auto-pay/recurring payment status
Transaction Monitoring
- Access all financial transactions through the Transactions tab
- Calendar picker functionality allows filtering by:
- Today’s transactions
- Yesterday’s transactions
- Month-to-date
- Custom date ranges
- Transaction summaries display at bottom, including totals and refunds
Marketing Resources
- The Marketing tab provides access to marketing library
- Custom marketing materials available upon request
- Flyer and graphic customization options
Support System Protocol
- Access Support menu
- Submit a support ticket with:
- Practice name (auto-populated)
- Issue description

The interface is designed to give you immediate access to the most important member information while making it simple to perform common membership management tasks.
- View current membership status and plan details
