Whether you’re brand new to the platform or just need a quick refresher, this video gives you a solid foundation for navigating your dashboard with confidence.
🖥️ Your Homepage at a Glance
Once logged in, you’ll land on your dashboard homepage—the command center for managing your membership program. Right away, you’ll see a summary of your program’s health and performance:
Active & Total Memberships: Quickly view how many members are currently enrolled and how that’s trending over time.
Recurring vs. One-Time Payments: Understand your revenue breakdown by payment type.
Revenue Overview: Track revenue from the last 30 days, year-to-date, and more.
Upcoming Renewals: Keep an eye on which memberships are about to renew, so your team can stay proactive.
Expired Memberships: Monitor which patients may need follow-up or re-engagement.
📌 Action Items: Stay Ahead of Issues
One of the most powerful features of the dashboard is the Action Items panel. This section helps your team identify:
Expired memberships
Duplicate member records
Members with missing or expired credit cards
💡 Bonus: The system also sends automatic email reminders to patients whose cards are about to expire—so you’re covered on both ends.
📚 Activity Log: Your Digital Paper Trail
Need to track what changes have been made recently? The Activity Log shows a running feed of updates across your membership platform:

- Click “View Activity” to dive deeper into the full history.
🔎 Navigation Bar & Tools
Across the top of your screen, you’ll see a simple navigation bar that gives you access to:
Members – View and manage all enrolled patients
Transactions – Track all payment activity and filter by date
Search Member – Use this quick search tool to look up any member by name or other details
You can also access member profiles from multiple locations across the dashboard.
