How to use Family Bundling in your dashboard.
Step 1: Accessing Family Bundling
- Go to the main dashboard in the Smile Advantage platform.
- Find and click on a dropdown or the ‘Members’ tab.
- Look for a new section titled ‘Families’ or ‘All Families’.
Step 2: Understanding Family Bundling
- Family bundling allows for multiple memberships to be combined within the platform.
- Initially, you cannot create a family file from scratch but can bundle existing family members.
- Set relationships and arrange members as in a normal family setup.
Step 3: Creating a Family File
- If you already have members, you can create a family file.
- Otherwise, create a family file and add new members to it.
- Example given: Creating the ‘Corby’ family.
Step 4: Adding Family Members
- Start typing to add a new name.
- Existing member IDs will appear for selection.
- Assign the relationship to the new member and click ‘Add Member’.
- View all family members, their ages, and relationships in one column.
Step 5: Managing Family Members
- View the family, e.g., ‘Corby’ family, and manage members.
- The primary member (e.g., ‘John Button’) will be listed as the head of the household.
- Access each member’s profile for editing, membership management, transactions, and notifications.
Step 6: Switching Between Family Members
- Easily switch between different family members from the top of the screen.
- Each member’s information, including membership duration, will be displayed distinctly.
Step 7: Updating Family Members
- Update family members as needed, e.g., removing a member who is moving out.
- Click ‘Update Family’ after making changes to reflect them in the system.
