Smile Advantage Dashboard Access: Quick Guide
This guide will help you quickly get logged in and access your dashboard, an essential part of our onboarding process. Ensure you are logged in and have access before participating in online training sessions.
Step 1: Access Your Proof’s Page:
- After viewing the onboarding video, navigate to the left menu on your proofs page. This menu contains various tools to assist you during the onboarding process.
Step 2: Setting Up Your Username Email:
- You will see your office email address in the green box on the left side of your proofs page, which serves as your main username for the dashboard.
- Initially, this is your master email, but you are encouraged to add other users with their emails later.
Step 3: Create or Reset Password
- Click the purple “Create and Reset your Password” button.
- This action redirects you to a “Forgot Password” page.
Step 4: Email Password Reset:
- Enter your office email address (the one previously shown) into the designated box.
- Click the “Email Password Reset Link” button to send a reset link to the provided email.
Step 5: Set Up New Password:
- Follow the instructions in the received email to set up a new password for your account. This will be your primary password for the dashboard.
