We are thrilled to announce that your Smile Advantage dashboard is being upgraded to our all-new and improved V3! This enhanced version comes with a host of new features, improvements, and a seamless user experience designed to make your daily tasks more efficient and enjoyable.

To access your upgraded dashboard, all you’ll need to do is reset your password with your existing login email. Here’s a quick guide to help you get started.

One of the most powerful things we further developed into V3 is the ability to still enter your patients and track your membership growth without having to set your patients up on "Auto-Pay". Your patients can sign up for your membership and pay for only 1 year at a time. They can choose to pay with a credit card, cash or check. Upon enrolling the member, simply select the membership they want, and select their payment frequency (recurring/auto-pay or one-time). 

This way you still have the full benefit of our platform keeping track of all your members with alerts, growth charts and intelligent email reminders, but your patients can rest assured they will not be charged again until they decide to renew their membership. 

Once they are ready to renew, you can simply navigate to their profile page and renew their membership for another year. One additional feature we've added to V3 is the ability for the members to renew themselves via email if they wish. This will entirely remove the need for you to manually renew them each time. Out intelligent reminders will gently nudge them and advise them that they are coming due for renewal in just a few short weeks. They can either come back to the office and pay by check/cash OR they can opt to click in the email and renew their membership with their credit card. 

Our team has been working tirelessly to ensure V3 is packed with powerful new features that will revolutionize your experience with our platform. We understand that it is important to keep our existing clients, such as yourself, satisfied and happy, which is why we won't ask you to pay any extra cost to upgrade to V3.

Yes, you heard it right! You can start using all the advanced features without paying anything more than you are paying now. As we further develop our platform into an even more powerful membership management tool, we might release additional paid upgrades down the road that would be optional upgrades. Those upgrades would be 100% optional and would not impact your current use of the platform. 

The cool thing about V3 is that only the front side of the app that you interact with is changing. The "back end" of our app still safely secures all of your patients' credit cards in a fully PCI-compliant manner.

All of of your member/patients, their subscription frequency, the plan they are on, the price they pay and their existing payment methods will all be seamlessly transitioned to V3. Once you login, you'll see them all in-tact and ready to be managed. 

Because V3 is more intelligent than V2, you might notice more old "expired" patients than you knew were in there. V3 keeps a longer track record of the patient's payment history and membership journey and will notify you of patients who are expired or inactive. We have a tutorial video showing you how to manage any long-expired patients and how to delete their dormant membership. 

Yes, Yes, and more Yes!

V3 is far more intelligent with email and alert reminders. Your members will get a "heads up" reminder before their membership is renewed as well as renewal receipts and confirmations after their payment has been successful.

V3 also sends more "Expired" membership emails than V2. We will send multiple expiration emails after a payment fails OR a one-time membership is not renewed.
