Addressing Members with Failed or Missing Payments
View Expired Members
- Access the Expired Members Tab: Navigate to the ‘Members’ section and select ‘Expired Members.’ This tab is located on the right-hand side of the ‘Manage Members’ screen.
- Select the Member
Renewing Membership
- Renew Membership: Click the orange Renew Membership button on the left side of the member’s profile.
- Update Payment Method: If necessary, click the Update Payment Method button at the top right to update the member’s payment information.
- Enter New Card Information: Update the payment method by entering new card details and select ‘Update Payment Method.’
Choosing Renewal Options
- Select Renewal Type: Choose to either ‘Renew the Membership,’ which includes overdue charges, or ‘Reset Membership,’ charging only the plan amount.
- Overdue Amount: If renewing, the overdue amount will be displayed. If resetting, only the membership fee will be charged.
Adding Additional Charges
- Add Extra Charges (Optional): Enter any additional amount if necessary and explain the reason in the note section.
- Charge and Update Membership: Select ‘Charge Visa’ to renew the member’s status.
