  1. Navigate to Notifications:

    • Log in to your Smile Advantage Dashboard account

    • Head to the Notifications section on the member’s dashboard.

  2. Access Email Logs:

    You’ll find a comprehensive log of emails sent to patients regarding their membership renewals within Notifications. This log provides transparency and allows you to track communication effortlessly.

Schedule of Renewal Reminders:

To ensure that patients are well-prepared for upcoming renewals or expirations, Smile Advantage Academy provides a structured email schedule:

  1. 14 Days Before Renewal/Expiration: A proactive approach is taken with an email sent out to patients fourteen days before their membership renewal or expiration date. This early reminder allows patients ample time to review their membership status and take necessary actions.

  2. Day of Renewal/Expiration: On the day of renewal or expiration, patients receive a confirmation email. This email serves as a final reminder and ensures that patients are well-informed about the status of their membership.
