To correct a patient that was put on the wrong plan, simply submit a support ticket and we will adjust it for you:
- Select the Support Tab at the top of your dahsboard.
- Select the “Submit a Support Ticket” button.
- Include the Members Name, the Correct Plan, and the $$ difference.
- We will update the member to the correct plan and charge or refund the patient accordingly.
That’s it! You have successfully corrected the patient’s plan.
