Patient was put on the Wrong Plan – Refund & Plan Change

To correct a patient that was put on the wrong plan, simply submit a support ticket and we will adjust it for you:

  1. Select the Support Tab at the top of your dahsboard.
  2. Select the “Submit a Support Ticket” button.
  3. Include the Members Name, the Correct Plan, and the $$ difference.
  4. We will update the member to the correct plan and charge or refund the patient accordingly. 

That’s it! You have successfully corrected the patient’s plan.
