Using the One-Click Member Signup Feature

Enrolling patients into your membership plan has never been easier. With One-Click Membership Signup, you can pull patient data directly from your practice management software (PMS) and start their membership in seconds — no duplicate data entry required.


 

Accessing One-Click Signup

Step 1: From your dashboard, open the Today’s Appointments panel or View Patient List.
Step 2: Locate the patient you want to enroll. Patients without active insurance or membership are ideal opportunities.
Step 3: Click directly on the patient’s name.

⚙️ Note: PMS integration must be active for this feature to work.


 

What Happens Next

When you select a patient from today’s list:

  • Automatic import: Their information (contact details, appointment data, etc.) is instantly pulled from your PMS.

  • Membership ready: The patient record is primed and ready for a new membership signup.

  • Quick enrollment: With just two additional clicks, you can add a membership, update any missing details, and accept payment right away.

  • Check for labels in the Today’s Appointments panel:

    • Expired membership → A chance to re-enroll.

    • No insurance listed → A strong membership candidate.

  • Use the signup flow during check-in, treatment discussion, or payment — the process is quick and works naturally in patient conversations.

  • Always confirm insurance details with your PMS; the feature provides visibility but is not insurance verification.
