Setting up your PMS correctly to work in tandem with the Smile Advantage platform is key to ensuring your patient/members are tracked correctly.

One major advantage of having your own in-house membership program is the freedom to customize it according to your specific tracking preferences. Since no two dental practices are the same, the way you design and manage your membership plan may differ from another office. We provide a simple and easy way to set up your membership program with your Practice Management System (PMS) to make it hassle-free for you.

This is very similar to creating a carrier fee schedule and employer like you do daily for insurance claims. The difference is that you are paid in full at the time of service, so there is no need to track aged claims, perform timely verification, process claims, or play guessing games with all the different rules, exclusions, and attachments that carriers change yearly. Your membership was created by your office, and it is very straightforward.
